Who can join?
Our kids holiday camp is for ages 6 – 16 and suitable for all levels of skier. We normally only accept beginner skiers on the first day of a camp but intermediate and advanced skiers are welcome to start on any of the days.
What should the children wear?
As the children are with us all for the majority of the day it is smart to send them with clothing suitable for the weather but also plan for the weather to change. Waterproofs are always a great idea! They need to be wearing long sleeves and trousers with a pair of gloves for when they are skiing. Trainers are a sensible footwear for the afternoons activities as they will be going between tubing and other fun and games.
What food and drink do they need?
Lunch is an option between a packed lunch from home or a hot meal from the café for £5. We do supply jugs of juice and water for the children but we do recommend that children have a water bottle and also some snacks and treats for the short breaks as the day is incredibly energy consuming.
What are reasonable times to drop off and collection?
We say that drop off is 9:15am and collection is 4:30pm but we understand these times aren’t always suitable. We are on-site from 9:00am until 5:00pm so if you arrive a little earlier or slightly late your children will still be looked after. Most parents tend to arrive around 4:00pm to watch the final bit of skiing or tubing to see how the children have progressed throughout the day.
Our ski race team consistently gain podium positions across the UK race scene as we work hard to coach athletes to the highest possible level within the UK.
